Mission coffee co.

WORK: Paid Social, Organic Social, Partnerships, Influencers, Brand Messaging and Positioning

We’ve worked with Mission Coffee Co. since it was a small, independent coffee shop in the Short North Arts District of Columbus, Ohio. What started as a single cafe has become a multi-location brand with its own roasting and education facility and a national footprint in the specialty coffee industry. We partnered with the co-owners (who happen to be incredible creatives themselves), and established a brand identity rooted in three pillars that remain intact today; craftsmanship, education, and collaboration. We built their social media channels from ground zero, developed engagement-building tactics, and have implemented strategies in the cafe and on their digital presence to increase user-generated content and brand-building.

WORK: Brand Messaging and Positioning, Partnerships, Paid Social, Organic Social

How do you tell the story of a 100-year old Italian leather company that has endured through recessions, cultural shifts, and a seismic retail shift? You lean into the legacy that’s been passed down from generation to generation through beautiful items that are built to last. We got connected to CEO Chris Bosca and fell in love with his passion for accessible luxury leather goods that get better with age. We took control of their social media platforms, engaged with influencers and content creators from around the globe, and established meaningful partnerships with brands and makers that shared in their commitment to craft. In year two, we dove into a series of workshops and research to re-establish their brand promise, messaging, and positioning in the crowded marketplace of leather goods. Paid social challenged their traditional media strategy and resulted in conversion and acquisition costs that outperformed Google and other media sources in just a few months. The Bosca team also gave us a great excuse to bring Italian amari and wine to our afternoon meetings, too.

CROW WORKS

WORK: Content Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Paid Social, Event Marketing, Media, Community Management

When Crow Works Chief Branding Officer Dani Turkovich reached out to us regarding an opportunity in design and manufacturing, we honestly expected a stale warehouse and traditional manufacturing tasks. Instead, we were greeted with an undeniably beautiful furniture designer, developer, and distributor that has developed environments that you’ve likely stepped foot in, from Starbucks to Abercrombie & Fitch. Their brand aesthetic was cool well before we got started, but we used social media to develop a two-fold strategy that generated both consumer interest and B2B sales opportunities. We consulted and grew their content team to think about both audiences, crafted an event hack that invaded into NEOCON, a commercial design industry launch pad show, serving branded speciality cocktails at their booth to showcase their commitment to craft beyond chairs and tables.

HUMAN FORM FITNESS

Work: Paid Social, Organic Social, Content Strategy, Influencer

A friend of Angry Bison connected us to Human Form Fitness in our own search for holistic health solutions that didn’t feel like a typical gym. We quickly became clients and frequent visitors as we fell in love with their personalized, small group workouts that kept your ego at the door and your health at the forefront. We’ve developed unique content strategies for Human Form Fitness, trained up their team on best practices for social media, and experimented with paid social for lead generation and interest in their unique offering.

DODDS WEALTH MANAGEMENT

Work: Copywriting, Brand Messaging, Website Visuals

We were introduced to founder Andrew Dodds in 2018 amidst a website redesign for the company. We quickly fell in love with the small team that was driving huge growth and financial peace-of-mind for its clients. We spent discovery time alongside the leadership team and then dove into one-on-one conversations with every member of their team to learn about the values, beliefs, and differentiators that made people stick with DWM. The driving force was a team-first mentality that focused on clients more than internal competition or goals. We also made sure to recognize the highly-valued sense of place, reflected with photos that feel like their greater Colorado region.
